General problems

Is anyone else completely disgusted by not getting free supplies this weekend? My supplies are running down as usual, second time this happened.

In addition, I am really fed up with being asked if I want to earn a bonus by watching a video and then I either don't get the bonus or the message comes up that there are no videos available. This is not just one restaurant, season or episode. From what I can tell, it is a GAME problem.

How about the messages, not just this weekend, that the event is over, then one right after it saying it is still in progress? Ack!

And, I have contacted "customer care" numerous times and I always get the reply that "it has been forwarded to the development team. They must be all on vacation for as long as these problems have plagued the game. Granted, it is free and free to play but still . . . I'm not going to invite anyone to play when there are such frustrations.
