Cant open after new update. Help!!!

I cant open Cooking Dash after I updated on Sept 30,2017. Please help. I invested a lot of time already. Can't afford to re-install.

    DashingMike why are you even responding? You are of no help. Is this just an auto response??? Customer Care says connect with FB and you should get all your progress back. That's a load of BS! I DID JUST THAT AND NOTHING! As a matter of fact, I connect from my android to FB and the damn app started crashing! WTH is going on???

    If you're unable to load your account from logging into Facebook, please let Customer Care know. As for the app crashing, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? If you're still crashing after that, please feel free to PM me so I can assist you further. :)
