Delete My Facebook Data

Hi, I would like to know how to delete my Facebook data for my Cooking Dash app. I want to restart the game but I am out of luck finding the way to reset the game in my Facebook App data. It's fine when I disconnect it from Google Apps.

Every time I connect to Facebook after resetting the game via phone and disconnecting it from Google Apps, my previous game is restored.

I want to delete it.

I hope someone can help me.
