It's frustrating if you don't own a venue, and have to start from scratch. Especially if that venue is awful, like Country Fried Cabin.
There should be a way to skip a venue by paying gold. The penalty is, of course, you don't get a score for that venue.
I lost being #1 because I'm stuck on Country Fried Cabin, having gotten #1's on a bunch of other venues before it.
