If you are unfamiliar with the venue, there is an appliance called the serving cart that acts as a holding station, but unlike a regular holding station, it automatically serves dishes.

The glitch is that you can serve dishes without toppings when the customer wants toppings on their dish by placing the complete dish on the serving cart, the dish will be automatically served, completely bypassing the use of toppings. Probably something the developers overlooked. I find this glitch pretty amusing.

I think it is an intentional use for the carts, since the prep booster Auto-serve (and Swift Serve) also has that same feature as well.
