Trial of style not loading

my trial of style isn’t loading in cooking dash. I’ve tried trouble shooting a few ways and have contacted customer care multiple times over the past few days but have yet to receive a response. I can enter a trial but flo just keeps spinning dishes and the game never loads. Anyone have any helpful hints on how to fix this? Thanks!
