Failed to download required content

I recently reset my phone and lost all my convent.  I mean from zero coins. I spoke with customer service and they were so helpful . I got everything back with one exception which they compensated for, and just as I'm getting ready to play I get this message on  both Cooking Dash and Ramsay Dash. I'm afraid to lose my content again . Is there a fix for this?  I have been playing this game for a few years and have spent a bunch of dollars on this game. Please advise

Hey there @ahsante1. Have you cleared the cache from your device recently? Through google, there's some troubleshooting tips if you're getting the popup of "failed to download required content". If those tips don't help, please PM me and we'll figure something out.

I did have to free up some space on my phone a couple days ago so that's the last time I cleared my cache. Where do I find the troubleshooting tips?
