Why can I not see cookies cookout in the barnyard bbq venue?

Why can I not see cookies cookout in the barnyard bbq venue?  The top menu shows 9 saucers available..but there are only 5 for the main show.

    It could be that it only unlocks after you have finished the first season of barnyard bbq, have you finished that?
