progress reset several weeks back

Yesterday when I signed in, my progress seems to have reset top before I purchased bouncy house. I habe completed that venue, have all the stars etc. I have also purchased the new Egyptian venue and started the treasure hunt. All gone. I sent in a ticket but have heard nothing. Meanwhile, I'm losing time on the treasure hunt! I'm scared to work on it again
