Series Finales

Hi all. I have a question about the series finales. For the summer series, they released some series finales as special events. Does anyone know if there are plans to release them permanently or again in the future? I asked customer care, but they were of no help. They said "we do not any concrete information as to when you would be the next event will be live," which isn't even correct English.
