Lost all progress

Hi all,
I really hope I get the game back.... I have been playing about 2 years and have spent hundreds of dollars. 
It crashed 2 days ago and when I rebooted all progress had gone. I connected with Facebook, still didn't work.
Uninstalled and then re-installed but still no progress.
Have contacted customer service several times over the last 48 hours but no luck so far.
Any suggestions?!

How long did it take? I accidentally factory reset my phone and all of my progress has been lost. I have been playing for 5 years! I have contacted Customer Care 3 times since Thursday and I still haven't heard anything back.

Same here, I lost everything a week ago. They did get back to me at first and restored a little bit of my progress but now I am just waiting. I think they should give me a refund for the real money I spent that they can't recover, because this is ridiculous.
