'Conection Error: Failed to Download Content'

I keep getting this error when I try to launch the game. I know I have a lot of room on my phone and I've tried restarting, going to data, and changed my wifi, but nothing is working. I cannot even get into the game to create a ticket. It's not my internet all my other apps work correctly- I have no clue why this has happened..
