Rewards for the latest ToS

Hi,
Did you guys get rewards for the latest Holiday Series - ToS (2/2)? Mine shows as finished but didn't get any rewards or trophies.

    Me neither. And the trophies are expiring in 1 day 11 hours....

    I contacted Customer Care and they said they are aware of the issue and working on a fix.

    I lost all of my golden saucers for the 2nd time and get a generic we know and we're trying to fix @DashingMike any advice. This is getting ridiculous and expensive
