Lost golden saucers again.... bug for over a year

I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but EVERY time there is a TOS I complete it, obviously defending won golden saucers and get a message that I failed to defend and complete. And there begins dance with customer service. Some times the golden saucers are returned within the day and sometimes I get the following:
