Golden saucer for series finale lost after reinstall

I recently had to reinstall the app, so I linked to my Facebook first to save my progress online. After the reinstallation, all my progress was kept (thankfully), but I have lost all the golden saucers for the series finales I have done. I would be okay with just playing them again, but the game is not even letting me do that. It just says "Congratulations! You beat the Series Finale!" and nothing happens if I tap on the level to play them. So now I'm stuck because I don't have the saucers but cannot play the Series again to get them. What should I do?

Think you should wait for a moment. Last time I reinstalled the app, all my pets were disappeared. The Help desk didn't want to make a move (as usually), but the pets are back magically after 2 days.
