Tip Bonus

Hey senior players.. a query.. 
When playing ToS.. should I swipe the finished customers together to get a tip bonus or just clear customer by customer as they finish to focus on getting as many customers as possible ?
During a normal level or may be a finale, is it always advisable to clear customers in a group or one by one ? Does the tip bonus apply only when you clear customers in a group ? The bigger the group , the bigger the tip ? 
I am sorry for so many questions.. Please do help me.

Yes, I think the bigger the group the bigger the tips, so on levels and series finales I always swipe when I have served all seated customers. On T of S, I tend to swipe when I have served all, aside if there is one straggler where I’d lose about 10 seconds just serving them. When Super Flo is activated I clear in groups of 2, to serve as many as possible. There may be better ways though, that’s just how I do it!
