Facebook can’t connect

Hey there guys, hope anyone can help me. I have been having issues with Facebook for about 2 weeks now. Whenever I open the ask supply from friends m, it came out exactly like this: ###.  It was fine before. And no I hadnt signed out of facebook, both the game or the facebook app. 
The thing is I need to replace my old iPad with new one, and need FB link to be working to be able to transfer my game.
Anyone seen this annoying ### ? Exactly that, 3 hashtags.
