Current Finale Challenge wrong?

My screen says the current Series Finale challenge is Chew Orleans, and I have already done that so I contacted customer service since I wasn't getting the reward. They say the current Series Finale challenge is Parisian Palace, but that finale is not even being offered as an open finale for me (I have completed everything else in that show so it should show up if they have opened it). The cover screen also still advertises that the current season finale challenge is Chew Orleans. Is anyone else experiencing this? Customer service is blaming my phone saying the date and time must be wrong, but it isn't. I checked I also restarted the phone.
