Did not receive purchase.

I bought “peters bundle” and the app crashed mid purchase. It said that it was successful but I did not receive the bundle. I tried again and the same thing happened. I tried restarting my iPhone, closing down the app and reopening it, resetting my WiFi and still nothing. I also was charged an additional two times, making it 4 times and total and nothing for it.
