I have an iPad Air and stopped playing for a long time because of the subject matter. So while playing another game, Diner Dash appeared as an ad and I downloaded the game again in hopes that subject line has been fixed, but still experiencing what everyone else is apparently; games aren’t saving, not saving any coins earned, lost A LOT of VIP tickets, coins, and gold.

is there customer service line that I can reach? And does anyone know when it will be fixed?
