Lost progress in cooking dash

I lost my progress on cooking dash. I was connected via Facebook, but still it defaults back to the start. I have been playing for years now, have most of the venues unlocked, auto chefs, all the upgrades in different venues and lots of gold. I know it is a software glitch. Have emailed customer care a few times, no response yet. Any recommendations?

Hey.  I had the same issue.  Contact customer care again. And give them your trial of style name and they can restore. I thought my account was gone for good took a few days going back and forth with customer service but it worked.
