Fame Level 10

I am almost to fame level 10, but it is unclear what if anything will happen once I reach it. Has anyone reached Fame level 10 yet?

    My fame is moving at a snails pace. I haven't broken through level 9 yet. I finished Sushi and the Season 4 for Taco Train and Cutie Cakes.I thought with the 50% time reduction event this weekend I would have gotten a little bit closer. My strategy was to use VIPs who have 24 to 50 fame each. I thought that would also help. Any ideas?
