Requirement to unlock Cutie Cakes season 3?

I finished all the eps in seasons 1 and 2, and it's not unlocking. Is there a specific ex or fame level you have to have? Thanks.

    On mine it unlocked when I had 1 star on season 2 ep 15.

    Does this issue still exist for you?

    Can you send us a ticket from the in-game system within Cooking Dash 2016 itself? This will help us know more detail about your device and our investigation into the issue that occurred.

    You can do this from the device you play on by:

    1. loading up Cooking Dash and navigating to the Venue (restaurant) Selection screen
    2. tapping the little gear icon at the lower-right of the screen to access Options
    3. tap the Customer care button
    4. submit your issue to us
