forgot how to cook -enso sushi level 1

I have forgotten how to cook that fried looking snake/catapiller. Can anyone tell me how or where I can look for the how to prep screen. Thanks.

    Are you talking about the green (eel) catapiller. You can touch the dish and it will show you how to prep the dish. If you are talking about the green catapiller its eel, seaweed and roe.

    If you keep your finger pressed down on the customer's order it will show you how to make the recipe, I do it often in the sushi restaurant :P
