All my coins and gold gone. Ticket raised and nothing done.

Really unhappy. When the free gift period started, I logged in and all of my coins (hundreds of thousands vanished). I raised a ticket, it has been acknowledged and nothing has been done. My (paid for) subscription of gold arrived as usual - and today all of it has vanished. This is now theft as I paid for it and Glu have taken it. Have added it to my ticket. Is anyone else getting their stuff back? Really unhappy - what a nasty Christmas gift.

    Yes same thing happened to me also. The grinch came along and stole everything. I submitted a ticket nothing has been done.

    Me too...collected the free gift, got no gifts, but it took all my coins and gold...nothing done..
