Game Not Starting

Ever since the K-Pop update, I cannot get past the part where it says 'downloading' on the opening screen and Flo is juggling the burgers.
i have an iPad mini 4 and everything else on my device is working fine.

    This happen to me about a month ago. I tried contacting glu but got no response. I got a new iPad for Christmas ( I suppose you could use an old phone or iPad if you have one). I made sure my game was backed up in the cloud. I transferred to the new iPad a turned back the date about 2 days before it got stuck downloading. My games was transferred fine except for missing a small amount of gold and one venue was now locked that I had opened. While I wish there was an easy solution, it does not seem glu cares about this game or customers so we are kind of on our own. I love the game even though I lost some gold I just look at it as a challenge how can I get more gold without paying.
