Are The Customers Repeating Again?

We all know that once a new customer comes in the oldest customer that have been around the most has to be removed but in Hip Stir Cafe their was no new customer or VIP. Instead they returned Rosie and Kingston, which are the first two customers to appear in the game, which removed Harold T Rumpet and Darragh. Im thinking that they are done creating new customers and just going to start over back to the beginning. What do you guys think their doing?

    When the game first came out, there were 6 kinds of customers. Just like the rules you've said, one of them got removed after the 4th venue came out after appearing in only 3-5 venues instead of the usual 6 like later customers. So this is a perfect opportunity for them to come back. After 3-4 more venues I think they're going to include new customers and new VIPs (if possible) too.
