Table steaks episode 4

How do you unlock this. I'm trying to do the masterfully table steaks trophy but I've completed all 3 episodes with 5 stars and all customers served but can not move on? I'm at 47 over 60 even though there's only 45 levels over 3 episodes?

Also why does my game say it's cooking dash and not cooking dash 2016???

    It seems they got rid of a few seasons in the Table Steaks restaurant.. there used to be 825 stars to get, now they're only 625...

    It's just Cooking Dash now because it's not 2016 anymore
