How to 5 star the last episode of VIP Valhalla?

I have 298/300 stars in that place and I am missing one star from the last episode of season 3 and 4. Is it possible to 5 star it with one prep slot? I have level 3 food (except kumquat) and level 4 on all appliances. I also have max tip bonus and 4 seats. What should I do?
