Venues are not downloading after a fresh install

Hi! I've installed the game again after not playing for a few months. The problem is, the game only downloads the venues up to Medieval Dines, it's stuck there at 50% and I can't play the rest of the restaurants. The error says that I'm not connected to the internet, but of course I am, I can earn gold from watching videos and see the daily challenge.

I've tried reinstalling three times, but it's always the same. Any idea? I've contacted support through the game settings but no one has replied.
