Hi Cooking Dash
I selected to do an offerwall with Cooking Dash
I Said that if I played through Tutorial of Cooking Dash and Bought for 4.99$
I would get Gems for another game.
I accepted the offer began to play and bought Silver coins for 4.99$
But There is not a tutorial per se in game, so was a little puzzled,
But I have played the games for some weeks now
finished Table Steaks Season 2 and Taco train Season 1
but I never got the Gems I was promised.
I have emailed supersoniccs.zendesk.com and was declined a couple of times
and they wrote
"We apologise for the inconvenience however, it was confirmed by the advertiser
that you did not complete the offer as requested according to your device ID.
Therefore, unfortunately, we will not be able to approve your ticket."
So this is where u come in, what Tutorial is in game that I have to complete ?
Why was my demand declined?

Yes I did contact support - but I was declined
"id not complete the offer as requested according to your device ID"
and the offer was spending - 4.99$ and finishing tutorial -
But I cant see any tutorial in the game
