Does seat capacity increase the number of guests for a level or just how many can arrive at once?

    Seat capacity does not increase number of guests. It increases the max tip bonus by +2 per customer

    But be careful, I have a very hard time managing patience levels on venues where I increased capacity

    Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, if you do choose to upgrade seat capacity, you absolutely need to upgrade patience levels, and toppings. With three or 4 seats only, you can manage with 2 toppings.
