The game has not loaded properly for a full week. It opens to the screen with the download bar and Flo juggling the saucers, but she just keeps juggling and it never loads. I have close to a GB of free space, excellent wifi, and good upload/download speeds. I have written to customer care and haven't yet heard back. I'm thinking of giving up altogether and deleting this game/finding a new one to play. If I do, I would like my money back for all the gold and VIP tickets I've purchased.

I'm not sure I'm able to PM, but the game still won't work despite the email from tech support advising me to restart my device and make sure I'm using wifi and have enough memory. I am using wifi and I have enough memory.
I'm tired. I need a real solution and not just more lip service.
