I placed somewhere, same experience, no rewards, now a new one is being previewed. This last one was bugged in my opinion, the game never let me even start the last episode.

Had the same thing happen, contacted customer service. They said to restart the phone and the reward would be there. I did; it wasn't. It showed up later that day. (That TOS did seem buggy to me. I have 100 platters, was paired with other players who each had <10.)
