Treasure hunt level 14

Im playing the treasure hunt & I thought I was finished with level 15 but it’s telling me to finish the level so I can unlock the next. 
I can’t remember what I did. Can someone tell me what I need to do to complete level 15?

    You'll need to serve hot dog 50 times in Bouncy Birthday for Task #15. Task #14 is to purchase Bouncy Birthday.
