Game reset.

in Cooking Dash 2016 - Bugs and Issues
Hi my game was always reset to 1st level.I spent so much $ on this game but I can't get a reply from your side since yesterday. Please do resume my game back ASAP.it's so frustrating this happen again n again. And I have to repeatedly log in to the game and find whether it's resolvery.

    Sorry to hear that! It does take them about 3-5 days for responses but I did let them know to a put an expedite on your ticket. Hopefully you'll get your account back soon.

    My game was reset again yesterday around 12plus Singapore time. I had contact customer care BUT till now my game was not resume back yet. Losing my games gold and play. Really upset this time as they took so long to work on my case. And game keep losing like that.
