Lost all progess

in Cooking Dash 2016 - General Discussion
I have played Cooking Dash on Iphone device for a long time. I change my cellphone so I reinstalled Cooking Dash in my new Android device, but all my progress IS LOST!
Please help me, I don't know what to do

    Haev you contacted support? They should be able to help recover your account. If they don't respond back to you within 3-5 business days, let me know and I'll take a look.

    I have contacted support and they said I should create a new in-game ticket from my old device so that they can manually restore the progress. 
    But I don't know how to create a new in-game ticket! What should I do?
