Lost all my progress and then was falsely charged for a bucket of gold I did not receive

I have been playing this game for quite sometime. In that time I have had various issues. About 10 times I have been double charged for a bucket of gold, they cannot refund your money. They will give you the bucket of gold in game that you didn’t receive but will not refund the money. About 2 months ago I lost all my progress. Eventually my game was restored. Last night it happen again. I lost all my progress after I purchased another venue. THEN this morning I woke up to a charge for a bucket of gold purchased yesterday. I did not purchase gold, because my progress was deleted. I understand things happen sometimes but this is very frustrating. I’ve put hundreds of dollars into this game and would appreciate if someone could get back to me regarding this as soon as possible.
