What is going on??!!

I've sent customer service a message 3 nights in a row about my missing golden crowns. No response at all. Also the app is constantly crashing tonight. I  keep losing prep kitchen recipes. Is something going on?

    Hey there @PeachyyyQ8. The gold crowns is a known issue that our team is aware of and looking to fix. As for the app constantly crashing, are you on Android? If so, can you try relaunching the game a couple of times after each crash (let's say 3-5) to see if you're able to access the game after.
