Lost all progress

in Cooking Dash 2016 - Bugs and Issues
When I open the app, it is acting as if I am a new player and presenting Table steaks level 1. I can't even get to customer support to contact for assistance. I am on an iPad. This happened to me in April 2018 as well.  Please help, I can't lose all of my progress!

    You have to message the support thete is no other way to restore it.

    You will need to work trhoug tutorial of the new game to be able to go to support, know your tos name and fb id will help in getting your old game restored, hope you have that and they restore it soon for you!
