Lost of progression in Final Serie of Sundae Fundae

I have complete 4 of the 5 episodes of the Sundae Fundae final series. 

This morning i wanted to play the fifth one but I saw that the game didn’t recorded my progress and I have to start over from the beginning. I have not lost any episode I’d played so no reason for the serie to be reset!

During the period of time the final serie event is opened, I keep on receiving pop ups saying either the final serie is closed and i’m thanked to have played or it says final serie is opened. 

This looks like a bug, I have complaint to customer service but the only response is that game is reset if you fail one episode of the serie. I have answered that I did’t lost at any of them. 

No answer as yet.

    The same thing happened to me! I completed the series and received the gift. I reached out to customer service and they basically dismiss it because the last progress they have is something different. Super annoying since I didn’t take a screenshot thinking I needed to prove it
