Is the game supported anymore?

A month ago, I lost all of my progress and Customer Care restored my progress but only up to a point, and months of recent progress (and upgrades) were still lost. There is apparently nothing that can be done to restore the full game progress.  Does the game just not backup to their server anymore?  
Also not able to access the Tapjoy ads for months.  Reported, but never fixed. I don’t want to spend anymore money on the game since I’m not convinced the game is regularly backed up. 
Has glu abandoned supporting the game altogether?

    It’s still supported but don’t expect anymore updates. There are regular trial of style events. I linked the game to facebook and progress is saved fine.

    I don’t think they’re putting much effort into maintaining this game I’m getting the same problems everyone else here is getting recently and when you contact customer “care” they don’t go beyond “we’re looking into the issue” and then reimbursing your losses, only to have the same problems happen again.
