Can’t restore my progress from FB

There are some crashing issues recently and out of frustration, I decided to delete the app and redownload it. Before I delete the app, I made sure to connect to FB to save my progress. But after I reinstalled the app, I’m not able to retrieve my previous progress after reconnecting to Facebook. Is there anyone with similar issues?
