Valhalla VIP & After Hours

Have the outfit set(s) for these ever been offered anywhere else but the Special Wheel(s)? Was there an event to get them? I can't currently get TOS to load and was looking for something else to strive for...and I really like the VIP pet.

    The VIP Valhalla sets and pet are some of the few items I have left to get and it seems impossible except for on special event wheels. Very frustrating, but since there are no new venues, it at least gives a difficult goal to still strive for.

    Unfortunately it’s the last set I don’t have…and not being able to get TOS to actually open it will end up being a lofty goal 🤪
