I have resorted to using VIP chefs as much as possible, assuming I have the slot and time to restore them. At least this way, there’s a chance to get gold. I like the chef that is fast and gives extra time.

The videos reset the same time each day. For me, it is 4pm PST, no matter what, watched or not. I can watch my 8 vids at 3:50 and have a fresh batch of 8 a few minutes later. It is not 24 hours after you watch one, so you can plan accordingly.

Don’t watch any of the 8 free vids. NONE. If you open just one, you’re stuck until they reset the next day. Figure what time these vids reset for your time zone, and plan accordingly. Good luck, and yes the vids are the problem.

It might be related to the videos! When my new set of 8 vids were ready, I ignored them and tried a regular restaurant. It worked! I quickly zoomed through the ToS levels (it was about to expire in 2 hours), and completed them successfully. I even did the Merry Xmas season finale and completed that for credit, too! Having…

Dang, I’m going to miss the valhalla ToS and the merry xmass Season finale chances due to this bug. Not to mention losing 2 more golden saucers (but I took photos in case!).

I highly recommend taking screenshots of your golden saucers for the next ToS. If the bugs aren’t fixed, you will be losing those saucers. Better safe than sorry. Glu gave me back my 3 lost saucers.

Or maybe not. It looks like none of the regular restaurants are crediting me with completion. I tried to do one of the daily 3 coin tasks. (Get 6500 coins), and it didn’t work. Plus, just lost all 3 golden saucers. Boy. That update really messed up the game for me....

I was smart, well semi. I did not use any chefs. Still lost those vip tickets though.

It’s still supported but don’t expect anymore updates. There are regular trial of style events. I linked the game to facebook and progress is saved fine.

Buy the auto-chef. Memorize the order of incoming recipes. And buy max upgrades to shorten cooking time (fryer, soup, wok). Make sure the side dishes refill fast enough so you’re not waiting on them. It can be done, but it costs a lot of gold to upgrade enough.

Fyi, if you are changing between Apple and android, it will NOT work! If you are restoring to the same device, it should work (cross fingers).

Thanks! You’re right. It is a worthless item to spend any money on. On a side note, I am glad we’re not getting new restaurants. The last one was brutal, even with a chef, but I’ve been able to use the time to get 300’s on all restaurants. Working on golden 300’s now.

I suspect the recent update broke something. ToS not working for me either. I will lose another 2 saucers.

Me too, I can’t access the ToS. That’s too bad, I was doing well getting saucers. :( on the other hand, at least the ads work now since the update.
