Still playing! A difficult habit to break!, even though this game is never updated anymore. Do you have all of your active boost slots open? In addition to auto serve, make sure you’ve got someone like turbotime- speed plus additional time. Good luck!

Same for me - I thought it was just a problem with my wifi but am interested to see it’s the game. And @kokkinokataki, I’ve got 92 high roller wheels I can’t use :-). I guess by preventing us from getting all the clothing items and pets, they keep us playing in hopes we’ll win those elusive items in a TOS series.

The VIP Valhalla sets and pet are some of the few items I have left to get and it seems impossible except for on special event wheels. Very frustrating, but since there are no new venues, it at least gives a difficult goal to still strive for.

The fact that they just opened up a few finales at all gives me hope that this game has not been totally abandoned, as it has felt. Certain clothing items and pets are also not at all available. I have 42 high roller wheel spins that I can’t use because what I need is not available. What I would give for a new venue or two…

A trick is to reload each level in the finale before playing it - they give a different score goal each time. Keep reloading until you get a low score goal. Good luck!

@waffless, me too. It looks like a number of finales were opened, but Barnyard BBQ is the only one of those I still need. It was exciting to play with a real goal! I really wonder if they will ever open the VIP Valhalla series finales . . .

I have this same problem - I have items left to get but they apparently aren’t in the options for the high roller wheel (or any of the wheels, so now all I ever win is Supers or VIPs). I’ve noticed the same - I still have a few to complete! And like @kokkinokataki I can’t spin the high roller wheels because the items I need (like, randomly, the pet for Hipster Cafe) aren’t currently being offered. They need to switch that info up too.

Yes, this bug is still happening. I have to time my playing very strategically now! But I find only my money/coin progress is stopped. I can still complete goals that are serve x number of customers or items.

@DashingMike was a terrific help when this game was newer (2016-17) but he’s unfortunately been gone a very long time now. Someone so competent probably moved to a better job!

I was also able to play the ToS levels yesterday morning but then when I tried to replay one for a better score in the evening (using two valuable VIPs!) the score didn’t register and I’m left where I was. I did get a response that they know this is happening and the developers are working on fixing it. I guess we just have to be patient and not use (waste) any VIPs or Supers until it’s fixed.

I did get my two lost saucers back when I put in a ticket, but I am also now having the problem of no coin credit when playing any venues, both in and separate from ToS. I just put in another ticket.

Yes, no speed for my Flo either. I’m getting the rewards for serving customers for the event, though.

@squirtatta - I was recently able to complete that level with swift serve and time bonus. Swift serve is the happy hour VIP for that venue, so you get extras, including (I think) an extra time bonus once you’re in happy hour. And like others have said, autochef is harder to use than making the recipes, imho.

I’m also not able to get into this ToS either. I am also using an iPad - and I think there have been iOS updates last week and this weekend, too. Yes, you click the wand and then the customer, and it gives that customer unending patience. Not a super useful thing, in my opinion.

They just sent me 20 golds, but have not responded to my ticket, and I still can’t play the trial of style. Maybe they can’t resolve the problem so gave gold instead. We’ll lose a couple of saucers, but maybe if they put those venues in a ToS in the near future we can easily get them back.

Yes, I just put a ticket in to customer service. I rarely have problems like this and restarting my iPad usually works, but not this time.

Contact customer care through the game and send a screenshot showing that you’ve completed the finale. Fairly often I don’t automatically get (as I should) a high roller wheel when a finale I’ve completed is re-opened for a limited time, and Glu can usually send me one if I send a screenshot.

Same here - I just put in a request. Maybe it happened to everyone and they’ll fix it somehow? I’m too hopeful maybe, but otherwise I’m super annoyed at losing the wheel spins for goals in the whole Halloween series!

Same problem here. It says it can’t connect to the server for any Trial of Style. I can play everything else just fine, though.
