This may have already been said but it looks like if you place 10th+ you style up. Places 11,12,13 stay in the current level and 14 and lower move down.

I could be wrong but maybe “jumper” is short for Jumpsuit? A jumper is a “sweater” where I am so I was confused at first 😂
