I’ve noticed that as well. I’ve still got the problem of not being able to spin the high roller wheel because it says I have everything available. I’ve got 96 free spins waiting so far!! When I hit 30odd, customer service said they’d look into it again. Nothing’s happened

Yes. I get it when I press the button to watch the next video too quickly. I leave it a while, sometimes leave the game and go back and it’s usually ok

Totally agree with all your comments. Frustration is turning to anger now tbh. Seems a pretty shoddy way to treat long term players who have built up their game and spent money on it. Also when you’ve already got the rewards also, when you’ve already got the reward for Serve ‘Em Up, like the clothing or pets, I think an alternative prize should be offered

I was earning coins for the daily goals but for other levels nothing and I keep trying the ToS to see if it’s fixed but it isn’t. Just the same, complete it and then it crashes, no rewards. My daily coin total started counting up to the 6,500 and then stopped. I’ve played on ordinary restaurants, was trying to get five stars and actually succeeded then found nothing had registered, no coins, no extra star. Have been trying the ToS and a couple of levels worked and then didn’t! Anybody else have this happen?…

Seems like the daily tasks are messed up too! It will count the number of customers serviced and how many dishes required but doesn’t count the coins earned and there’s no summary screen after the episode is completed. Complete mess

When I contacted customer support about the last trial of style they said their team was fixing the problem as we speak! I agree they should suspend the losing saucers until it’s fixed properly. Already lost two that I wouldn’t have and if they don’t fix it I’ll lose another two, plus the rewards for completing the levels…

Same for me. I’ve been checking back all day and it says it can’t generate the level. Really miffed that I’ll lose two saucers. Also can never contact help through the game
