Yes, this bug is still happening. I have to time my playing very strategically now! But I find only my money/coin progress is stopped. I can still complete goals that are serve x number of customers or items.
@DashingMike was a terrific help when this game was newer (2016-17) but he’s unfortunately been gone a very long time now. Someone so competent probably moved to a better job!

I did get a response that they know this is happening and the developers are working on fixing it. I guess we just have to be patient and not use (waste) any VIPs or Supers until it’s fixed.
I did get my two lost saucers back when I put in a ticket, but I am also now having the problem of no coin credit when playing any venues, both in and separate from ToS. I just put in another ticket.
@squirtatta - I was recently able to complete that level with swift serve and time bonus. Swift serve is the happy hour VIP for that venue, so you get extras, including (I think) an extra time bonus once you’re in happy hour.

It’s horrible! How confusing! If they just gave us the number order of what was coming up before the episode starts, that would be helpful, but having the next order showing up behind the coins during the episode is so confusing.

I don’t have that problem, but I understand it! I hate Carry Four Flo - I actually do worse when I use her than not. But I think you do have to burn those saved up ones down. Use them on beginning levels so you can just finish up quickly.
Nice sentiment, elizard123! You are right that we might complain about things, but this has been a consistently enjoyable game for me since 2016, to the great chagrin and confusion of my family who just don’t understand :-).
That’s a lot to accomplish in Great Feast of Giza if it’s a new venue - which it will be for me when I get to #21 . . . 3 stars on 55 levels in just a few days, at best, is tough!
