Go for Calabasas. It has an adorable dog for 50 k stars and it's the best for parties. Not that parties are easy anymore. Anywhooo I personally like the Milan apartment. It's pretty awesome and it has a dog too. Don't remember what it costs tho.

Same here .. Wonder what's wrong. I did get the energy sale.. But that's all I got. I got the decorations yesterday like everyone else. But no sign of an event. I even tried closing my app a few times and restarting my phone.
